摘　　要：由于运动员的体能训练效果直接受体能运动训练器低频振动参数的影响,为了有效控制训练器的协调性能,提出了体能运动训练器低频振动参数调节方法。通过计算振动片截面弯矩,创建振动方程组,设定低频振动参数,采用振幅放大比,衡量参数振动幅度,运用等效质量法,推导出参数振动结果。将参数对应结构模式代入遗传算法编码中,利用时间幅值与振动参数调节的时间阈值,组建适应度函数。通过振动衰退曲线,描述参数失控状态,使用修补方法校准参数不可行解,实现低频振动参数调节。实验结果表明,所提方法能够有效降低训练中出现的低频振动概率,提高训练器协调性能,达到高效体能训练效果。In order to effectively control the coordination performance of the trainer,a method for adjusting the low-frequency vibration parameters of the physical exercise trainer is proposed. By calculating the section bending moment of the vibrating plate,the vibration equations are created,the low-frequency vibration parameters are set,the amplitude amplification ratio is used to measure the parameter vibration amplitude,and the parameter vibration results are derived by using the equivalent mass method.The structural mode corresponding to the parameters is substituted into the genetic algorithm coding,and the fitness function is established by using the time threshold adjusted by the time amplitude and vibration parameters. Through the vibration decay curve,the out of control state of parameters is described,and the repair method is used to calibrate the infeasible solution of parameters to realize the adjustment of low-frequency vibration parameters. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the probability of low-frequency vibration in training,improve the coordination performance of the trainer,and achieve the effect of efficient physical training.
