摘 要:薄壁模压可燃军械元器件是军械元器件发展的主要方向,但通过抽滤工艺成型的薄壁可燃容器毛坯厚度与质量分布不均匀,产品合格率低,且严重影响模压容器的强度和燃尽性,为此提出了可燃容器抽滤模具结构优化方法:通过有限元分析了模具内腔流量分布规律,通过抽滤试验获得了模具内腔各层域流量补偿数据,据此计算获得了模具内腔流量补偿管道关键尺寸,并制作了新模具;用改进模具进行了抽滤实验获得了厚度与质量分布均匀的合格毛坯,验证了所提方法的可靠性。Thin-wall moulded combustible ordnance components are the main direction of development of ordnance components,but the thickness and mass distribution of thin-wall combustible containers formed by pumping and filtering process are not uniform,and the qualified rate of products is low,in order to optimize the structure of the die for combustible containers,the flow distribution in the cavity of the die was analyzed by finite element method,the flow compensation data of each layer in the die cavity were obtained through the filtering test,and the key dimensions of the flow compensation pipeline were calculated.A qualified blank with uniform thickness and mass distribution was obtained by the filter test with the improved die,and verified the reliability of the method proposed in this paper.
