摘 要:双质量飞轮衰减汽车传动系扭转振动主要依靠内部减振元件,减振元件在初级飞轮与次级飞轮间传递动力、运动,实际工作中承受的载荷不断变化,作为减振关键零件,弹簧座的强度及疲劳寿命必须保证。根据双质量飞轮减振元件相互作用的受力分析,建立了双质量飞轮动力学分析模型和弹簧座有限元静强度、疲劳寿命分析模型,分析了双质量飞轮减振元件的动态力学特性及弹簧座的静态强度和变载荷作用下的疲劳寿命,为弹簧座进一步优化、提高整体结构紧凑性和节约材料提供参考依据。The vibration damping effect of dual mass flywheel(DMF)for torsional vibration of vehicle powertrain is mainly depend on the vibration damping element. The vibration damping element transmits power and motion between the primary flywheel and the secondary flywheel. The forces loading on the vibration damping element is constantly changing in actual work. As a key vibration damping part,the strength and fatigue life of the spring seat must be guaranteed. The dynamic analysis model of the DMF and the finite element static strength and fatigue life analysis model of the spring seat are established according to the interaction force analysis of the vibration damping element of DMF. The dynamic mechanical characteristics of the vibration damping element,the static strength and the fatigue life of spring seat under variable load are analyzed. The analysis results provide reference for the spring seat further optimization,the compact improvement of the whole structure and material saving.
