摘 要:针对悬架主动控制高能耗的问题,研究了双向AC/DC变换器的双波段滞环电流控制器,并提出了一种电磁式馈能悬架半主动控制系统。建立了悬架的机-电耦合模型,基于电流控制器和天棚算法设计了馈能减振控制电路,理论推导了电流控制器的电流波纹系数和开关周期,理论分析和仿真表明其有快速高精度的电流跟踪能力。此外,仿真表明,该耦合模型能描述相对位移、感应电动势和电流随负载电阻变化的合理变化趋势。该半主动控制系统能采集和存储振动能量,并利用存储的能量调节电阻尼力抑制悬架振动,具有低能耗减振特性。Aiming at the high energy-consumption of suspension active control,a double band hysteresis current controller of bidirectional AC/DC converter is studied,and a semi-active control system of electromagnetic energy-regenerative suspension is proposed.The suspension’s mechanical-electrical coupled model is first established. Then,the energy-regenerative vibration control circuit based on the current controller and skyhook algorithm is designed.Finally,the expressions of the current ripple coefficient and switching period for the current controller are derived.The theoretical analysis and the simulation results show that the controller has the ability of fast and high precision current tracking. Moreover,the simulation results show that the coupled model can provide reasonable variation trends of the relative displacement,induced electromotive force and current with load resistance.The semi-active control system can harvest and store vibration energy,and use the stored energy to adjust the electric damping force for suppressing the suspension vibration,thus has low energy-consumption characteristic of vibration reduction.
