摘 要:为突破滑落式救生艇及其相关系统设计的关键瓶颈技术,本文基于RANS方程的粘流场求解和重叠网格技术建立滑落式救生艇抛落入水运动数值计算模型;定量地分析入水速度、入水角度对救生艇入水砰击载荷峰值的影响特性,探究艇体表面所受最大砰击压力载荷分布规律;同时,基于入水砰击理论,求解不同入水速度、入水角度下最大砰击力系数,揭示最大砰击力系数沿船长分布特性。研究结果可为艇体结构设计提供指导,并为救生艇操纵模拟训练系统提供可靠的理论和技术支撑。In order to break through the key design technological bottleneck of sliding lifeboats and their related systems,the numerical calculation model of a falling lifeboat being thrown into the water was established based on the viscous flow field solution model of RANS equation and the overlapping grid technology.Qualitative analysis of the impact characteristics of the speed and angle of water entry on the slamming load peak of the lifeboat was carried out,and the distribution law of the maximum slamming pressure load on the surface of the hull was explored.At the same time,based on the slamming theory,the maximum slamming force coefficient under different water entry velocities and water entry angles was calculated,and the distribution characteristics of the maximum slamming force coefficient along the ship length were revealed.The research results can be used to guide the hull structure design and provide reliable theoretical and technical support for the lifeboat control simulation training system.
