摘 要:本文提出一种夹芯防火围壁形貌与螺栓布局协同优化设计方法,分别建立考虑重量目标、刚度约束、强度约束和屈曲约束的夹芯防火围壁形貌优化设计的数学列式和连接螺栓的拓扑优化设计的数学列式;以某邮轮上层建筑防火围壁设计为例,说明基于该方法的设计过程,包括起筋形貌优化中设计区域的选择、设计变量的确定、最终起筋参数的精细化设计以及基于最优夹芯防火围壁连接螺栓设计域的划分、可行性螺栓拓扑布局的提取和连接螺栓最终布局的方案设计等;最后通过全船相关载荷工况验证不同螺栓布局设计方案连接的夹芯防火围壁的力学性能,通过承载耐火试验验证指定夹芯防火围壁形貌和连接螺栓的可行性和有效性。研究表明:利用本方法优化设计的夹芯防火围壁不仅在全船相关载况下具有良好的承载性能,而且其形貌和连接螺栓在耐火试验过程中均保持了它的承载能力。该方法可为邮轮围壁优化设计提供一定参考。A collaborative optimization design method for the topography and bolt layouts of sandwich fireproof bulkheads was presented in this paper.The mathematical formulations for the topography design of sandwich fireproof bulkheads and the topology design of connecting bolts were established respectively considering weight objectives,stiffness constraints,strength constraints and buckling constraints.With the fireproof bulkheads design of the superstructure of a cruise ship taken as an example,the design process based on this method was illustrated,which included the selection of the design domains in the optimization of bead topography,the definition of design variables,the refined design of the final bead parameters,the division of the design domains of connecting bolts based on the optimal sandwich fireproof bulkhead configuration,the extraction of the feasible topological layout of bolts,and the scheme design of the final layout of connecting bolts,etc..Finally,the mechanical properties of sandwich fireproof bulkheads connected by different bolt layout design schemes were verified by the relevant load conditions of the whole ship.The feasibility and effectiveness of the topography and the bolt layout of the designated sandwich fireproof bulkhead were verified by a load-bearing fire-resisting test.The results show that the sandwich fireproof bulkhead designed by this method has a good load-bearing capacity under the relevant load cases of the whole ship.Furthermore,its topography and connected bolts maintained their load-bearing capacity during the fire test.This method can provide a certain reference for optimization design of cruise bulkheads.
