超高层塔楼顶部酒店空间高效利用设计研究

摘　　要：近年来,办公和酒店复合的超高层综合体建筑日益增多。在酒店位于塔楼顶部的超高层综合体中,从低区办公业态转换至高区酒店业态时,由于核心筒面积需求减少,且酒店客房较办公空间的合理使用进深更浅,须对标准层进行缩减调整。本文通过对已建成案例及相关工程实践经历的梳理和分析,归纳出填充式、中庭式、边庭式、收束式和退台式五种塔楼顶部空间变化形式,并对相应的实施技术要点进行探讨分析,以期为超高层塔楼顶部酒店的空间高效利用设计提供一定的参考借鉴。In recent years,the number of office and hotel complex high-rise buildings is increasing.In the super high-rise complex with the hotel located at the top of the tower,there is a switch that the hotel is converted from the low-area office business to the high-area hotel business.Due to the reduced demand for the core tube area as well as the shallower depth of reasonable use of hotel rooms than the office space,the standard floor must be reduced and adjusted.Through analyzing the completed cases and relevant engineering practices,this paper sums up five types of space change forms of the tower top,namely filling type,atrium type,side court type,bundling type and platform retraction type.It also discusses and analyzes the corresponding implementation technical points,with a view to providing reference for the design of hotel space efficient use on the top of the super high-rise tower.
