摘　　要：现阶段,随着我国建筑事业的飞速向前发展,钢结构建筑受到了人们广泛关注和重视,要求钢结构建筑施工过程中需要充分做好屋面防水工作,以此来保证整个钢结构建筑的使用质量和安全性。基于此,本文有效结合某钢结构厂房工程施工案例展开分析和研究,重点提出本次钢结构屋面TPO防水卷材施工技术要点,对TPO防水卷材的相关性能以及防水施工过程中的关键技术要点进行探索,全面提高钢结构屋面的防水效果,避免在后续的使用过程中产生严重的渗水和漏水情况,实现工程建设单位的良好经济效益和社会效益,同时为后续类似工作的顺利实施提供相关参考和借鉴。With the rapid development of China’s construction industry at present stage,the steel structure building has received widespread attention.It is required that the roof waterproof work should be fully done during the construction of the steel structure building in order to ensure the use quality and safety of the entire steel structure building.Based on this,this paper effectively carries out analysis and research in combination with the construction case of a steel structure factory building,puts forward the key points of the construction technology of TPO waterproof coiled materials for steel structure roof,explores the relevant performance of TPO waterproof coiled material and key technical points in the waterproof construction process,so as to comprehensively improve the waterproof effect of steel structure roof,and avoid serious water seepage and leakage in the subsequent use process,and achieve good economic and social benefits of the project construction enterprises,which could provide reference for the smooth implementation of similar work.
