摘　　要：竭诚服务职工是工会一切工作的出发点和落脚点,街镇总工会担负着直接联系和服务职工群众的重要职责。上海中心城区的工会服务阵地因受到空间资源限制,主要通过在现有服务空间中不断叠加新功能、迭代新服务,实现“最大化利用场地、最大化配置资源、最大化发挥作用”。当前,工会服务阵地建设已从“设站点、开网站/公众号”的建设阶段进入到“重引领、强服务/功能”的提质增效阶段,要做好顶层设计,制定建设指南,增强能力建设,构建线上线下融合发展的阵地集群,打造工会服务生态圈。Serving the workers wholeheartedly is the starting point and foothold of all the work of the trade unions, and the street town federation of trade unions bears the important responsibility of directly contacting and serving the workers. The trade union service front in the central urban areas of Shanghai is limited by space resources. It mainly realizes “maximizing the use of the site, the allocation of resources and the role” by constantly adding new functions and iterating new services in the existing service space. At present, the construction of trade union service front has moved from the construction stage of “setting up sites, opening websites/official accounts” to the quality and efficiency improvement stage of “emphazising leading, strengthening services/functions”. It is necessary to do a good job in top-level design, develop construction guidelines, enhance capacity building, build a position cluster of online and offline integrated development, and create a trade union service ecosystem.
