摘　　要：先天性巨细胞病毒(cCMV)感染是导致婴幼儿感觉神经性耳聋(SNHL)和神经发育异常的重要原因。在许多国家cCMV感染导致的疾病比新生儿筛查发现的先天性疾病还多。cCMV感染已成为全球公共卫生问题。目前我国尚未在新生儿中推行巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染筛查,cCMV感染新生儿常不能被及时诊断与治疗。为预防cCMV感染所致新生儿严重后遗症发生,对cCMV感染进行早期筛查具有重要意义。笔者拟就新生儿cCMV感染流行病学特征、诊断及早期筛查方案的最新研究现状进行阐述。Congenital cytomegalovirus(cCMV)infection is an important cause of sensorineural hearing loss(SNHL)and neurodevelopmental abnormalities in infants.In many countries,cCMV infection causes more diseases than other congenital diseases detected by newborn screening.cCMV infection has become a global public health problem.At present,neonatal cytomegalovirus(CMV)infection screening program has not been implemented in China.Therefore,cCMV infection cases often cannot be diagnosed and treated in time.In order to prevent the occurrence of severe neonatal sequelae caused by cCMV infection,early screening of cCMV infection is very important.The author elaborates on current research status of epidemical characteristics,diagnosis and early screening program of neonatal cCMV infection.
