摘  要:钛合金粉末是激光增材制造主要原材料,钛合金粉末质量直接影响增材制造制件的性能.雾化法因其制备的粉末粒度细、球形度高、工艺经济性好成为钛合金粉末的主要制备工艺.本文综述了钛合金粉末的雾化法制备工艺研究进展,并对各种雾化法制备工艺进行对比分析,对雾化法制备工艺前景进行展望.Titanium alloy powder is the main raw material for laser additive manufacturing.The quality of titanium alloy powder directly affects the performance of the workpiece made of additive.Atomization method has become the main preparation process of titanium alloy powder because of its fine particle size,high sphericity and good process economy.In this paper,the research progress of atomization preparation process of titanium alloy powder is reviewed,and various atomization preparation processes are compared and analyzed,and the prospect of atomization preparation process is prospected.
