摘  要:本文设计了压气机试验器双涵排气蜗壳,对排气蜗壳进行了数值模拟计算,结果表明:导流叶片对蜗壳内部流场具有改善作用,平均流速不大于80m/s;内涵蜗壳进口的总压不均匀度明显低于外涵蜗壳;在设计范围内,内涵排气蜗壳的流动损失系数小于0.13,外涵排气蜗壳的流动损失系数小于0.25.This paper designs a bypass exhaust volute of a compressor test rig,and conducts numerical simulation calculation of the exhaust volute.The results show that guide vanes improves the flow field in the exhaust volute,and the mean flow velocity is less than 80 m/s.The distortion of total pressure on inlet of the interior duct is obviously lower than that of the external duct.Within the scope of design,the flow loss coefficient of the interior duct is below 0.13,and the flow loss coefficient of the external duct is below 0.25.
