摘　　要：随着经济和社会的发展,软件工程也得到了快速的发展.然而,在软件工程实践中,由于缺乏对市场规则的统一规范,导致了软件工程领域的诸多问题.例如,在计算机软件项目的经营中,存在着市场管理不规范、管理标准不统一等问题.要想使上述问题得以解决,必须积极地提高管理水平,提高管理人才的能力,提高软件开发的质量.文章从管理创新的内容、管理的现状、管理创新的策略等方面进行了论述.With the development of economy and society,software engineering has also developed rapidly.However,in the practice of software engineering,the lack of unified specifications for market rules has led to many problems in the field of software engineering.For example,in the operation of computer software projects,there are problems such as irregular market management and inconsistent management standards.In order to solve the above problems,it is necessary to actively improve the management level,improve the ability of management staff,and improve the quality of software development.This paper discusses the content of management innovation,the current status of management,and the strategy of management innovation.
