摘  要:针对火车车轮踏面裂纹的检测问题,基于电磁声表面波技术提出了一种火车车轮踏面裂纹的检测方法。由于火车车轮工作环境的限制,选择了具有较高传播速度的电磁声表面波作为实时检测信号,并采用永磁铁、电磁声表面波传感器以及待测体组成裂纹测试系统。同时,通过仿真实验分析了电磁声表面波在传播时的透射系数、相移速率随周向传播距离、轴向深度的变化规律,形成裂纹位置和深度检测方案。对周向裂纹、横向裂纹及穿孔这三种形式的裂纹测试结果表明,所提检测方法的平均准确率为75.25%,证明了其有效性与可行性。Aiming at the problem of train wheel crack detection,this paper proposes a train wheel tread crack detection method based on electromagnetic surface acoustic wave technology. Due to the limitation of the working environment of train wheels,this paper chooses the electromagnetic surface acoustic wave with higher propagation speed as the real-time detection signal,and uses permanent magnets,electromagnetic surface acoustic wave sensors and the object to be tested to form a crack test system.Through the simulation experiment,the transmission coefficient and phase shift rate of the electromagnetic surface acoustic wave propagating with the circumferential propagation distance and the axial depth are analyzed,and the crack position and depth detection scheme is formed. The test results of three types of cracks including circumferential cracks,transverse cracks and perforations show that the average accuracy of the detection method proposed in this paper is 75.25%,which proves its effectiveness and feasibility.
