摘  要:以蒲公英为研究对象,采用超声波提取法同时提取蒲公英中黄酮类化合物及酚酸类化合物,将总酚酸和总黄酮的得率进行加权处理后作为指标,通过正交试验优化提取工艺。筛选适宜的基质,将提取物采用热熔法制备成蒲公英阴道栓,采用正交试验对栓剂的处方进行优化,对外观、硬度及融变时限进行综合评分后作为指标。优化后的提取工艺简便可行,制得的蒲公英阴道栓外观光滑、色泽均一、硬度适宜,融变时限符合药典的要求。Taking Dandelion as the research object,the phenolic acids and flavonoids in Dandelionwere extracted by ultrasonicextraction method.The comprehensive value of the weighted total phenolic acid yield and total flavonoids yield was taken as the index.The extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test.The Dandelionvaginal suppository was further prepared by hot-melt method.The comprehensive evaluation of appearance,hardness and melting time limit was taken as the index.The prescription of suppository was also optimized by orthogonal test.The extraction process is simple and feasible.The prepared Dandelionvaginal suppositories have smooth appearance,uniform color,appropriate hardness,and the melting time limit meet the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia.
