水性聚氨酯镜面合成革发雾现象的研究

摘  要:针对水性聚氨酯(WPU)镜面合成革放置后一段时间后表面出现灰白色的小分子迁移“发雾”现象,用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)谱图对WPU进行了结构表征,发现难以检测出发雾前后的合成革表面结构差异。采用恒温恒湿检测得到一种可快速检测发雾的方法。实验结果表明,聚环氧丙烷二元醇(PPG)软段、1,2-丙二醇(1,2-PG)扩链剂、后扩链度为30%或90%三种因素都容易导致WPU合成革发雾现象。发雾仅仅影响镜面革的表观效果,对力学性能没有明显的负面影响。Aiming at the gray white fogging phenomenon on the surface of waterborne polyurethane(WPU)mirror syntheticleather after placing for a period of time.The structure of WPU was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).It was found that it was difficult to detect the structural difference of leather surface before and after starting fog.A method for rapid detection of fog was obtained by constant humidity detection.The experimental results showed that thesoft segment of polypropylene oxide diol(PPG),1,2-propylene glycol(1,2-PG)chain extender.The fogging phenome-non of WPU synthetic leather can be easily caused by three factors:30% or 90% post chain extension.Fogging just affectsthe appearance of mirror synthetic leather and has no obvious negative effect on the mechanical performance.
