摘  要:聚丙烯纤维料可用于卫生领域作为医用口罩无纺布的材料。中韩石化炼油三部聚丙烯装置在2020年首次分别用降解法和氢调法生产了两批医用物资专用纤维料。介绍了降解法和氢调法的基本原理和生产过程,对两种方法生产过程中的难点进行比较,详细分析了氢调法生产过程中出现产品实际熔融指数不能及时反馈到操作者,造成产品质量控制失误的原因。Polypropylene fiber can be used as non-woven material of medical mask in the field of health.In 2020,the three polypropylene units of China and South Korea Petrochemical Refinery produced two batches of special fiber materials for medical supplies by degradation method and hydrogen modification method respectively.This paper introduces the basic principle and production process of degradation method and hydrogen modulated method,compares the production process and difficulties of the two methods,and the reason that the actual melting index of products can not be timely feedback to the operator in the production process of hydrogen modulated method,resulting in the product quality control exceeds the standard was analyzed in details.
