摘  要:建立直接进样-高效液相质谱法测定水中15种氨基甲酸酯类农药,水样经过滤,直接进样分析。使用Waters BEH C18型色谱柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm)进行分离,以0.1%甲酸水溶液-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱;采用电喷雾离子源,以多反应监测(MRM)方式正离子化模式,使用高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用仪进行检测,结果表明,15种氨基甲酸酯类农药线性良好,相关系数均在0.995以上,方法检出限为0.1~2μg/L,低、中、高三种浓度的精密度为0.8%~12.0%,实际样品加标回收率为92.0%~112%。A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)method was developed for the determination of 15 carbamate pesticides by direct injection.The separation was performed on a Waters BEH C18(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7 μm) column with a gradient elution using 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution-methanol as the mobile phase.The detection was performed by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)using an electrospray ionization source in positive ionization mode with multiple reaction monitoring(MRM).Results the linearity of 15 carbamate pesticides was good,the correlation coefficient was above 0.995,the detection limit was 0.1~2 μg/L,the precision of low,middle and high concentration was 0.8%~12.0%,and the actual recovery rate was 92.0%~112%.
