摘　　要：随着全球经济化和“互联网+”技术的持续发展,市场竞争的主体已经由企业个体转变为供应链综合体,其在整个市场经济中的地位和作用日益上升,智慧供应链技术也随之蓬勃发展。财务管理作为供应链核心环节之一,势必会受其影响而发生改变。文章介绍了智慧供应链体系的概况,分析了传统财务管理模式中的不足,并根据智慧供应链的运作体系及特点,阐述了智慧供应链对当代企业财务管理的作用与影响,最后通过实际案例分析,为企业的经管理决策提供新的思路与启迪。With the global economy and the continuous development of "Internet+" technology, the main body of market competition has changed from individual enterprises to supply chain complexes, and its position and role in the entire market economy are rising day by day, and smart supply chain technology is also booming. As one of the core links of the supply chain, financial management is bound to change under its influence. This article introduces the general situation of the smart supply chain system, analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional financial management mode, and expounds the role and influence of the smart supply chain on the financial management of contemporary enterprises according to the operation system and characteristics of the smart supply chain. Finally, through the actual case analysis, it provides new ideas and inspiration for the enterprise’s economic management decision-making.
