摘　　要：当前大部分门户新闻网站发布新消息或新通知后,仍需要依靠人工手动刷新该网站才可以知道内容是否已经更新,较费时费力。针对该问题分析和研究了当前网页内容的更新检测和应用,剖析了网页内容的源代码结构,特别是A标记的构成,结合C#.NET和SQLServer数据库,详细介绍了一种网页更新检测的流程与具体实现方法,并在此基础上开发设计了网页更新检测平台,使得用户可以通过指定统一资源定位系统(Uniform Resource Locator,URL)和关键字实现网页内容的更新检测,并向用户自动发送消息提醒。At present,most portal news websites publish news or notices,people need to refresh the website manually to know that the content has been updated,which is time-consuming and laborious.For this problem,this paper analyzes and studies the update detection and application of web content,and analyzes the structure of web page source code,especially the composition of A tag,introduces in detail the process and implementation of web page update detection,and develops web page update detection platform based on C#.NET and SQLServer databases,so that people can realize the update detection of the webpage content by specifying the Uniform Resource Locator(URL) and keyword,and automatically send a message reminder to them.
