摘  要:动车组车辆制动力不足导致制动距离延长,可能导致动车组投入运用后的过警冲标、冒进等事故风险。为了解决动车组试验测试时制动距离超标问题,通过分析制动力不足的多种原因,认为更换闸片后闸片磨合不充分导致的摩擦系数过低,进而导致制动距离延长。在1∶1制动动力试验台进行试验,验证闸片磨合制动过程中的摩擦系数变化特性,初步定义了动车组需要开展磨合制动的次数,通过动车组实车试验验证,解决了制动距离超标问题。研究表明:动车组全列更换新闸片后,均应该进行磨合制动,才能确保安全制动距离,降低动车组出现过警冲标、冒进等事故风险。The insufficient braking force of EMU leads to the extension of braking distance,which may lead to the risk of over warning and rushing forward after the EMU put into operation.In order to solve the problem that the braking distance exceeds the limitation during the test of EMU,through the analysis of various reasons for insufficient braking force,the findings are related friction coefficient is too low due to insufficient running in of brake pads after replacement.The test is carried out on a 1:1 flywheel brake dynamo-meter to verify the variation characteristics of friction coefficient in the process of brake pad running-in.The number of running-in braking times of EMU is defined.Through the verification of EMU real vehicle test,the problem of excessive braking distance is solved.The research shows that in order to guarantee the safe braking distance and reduce the risk of accidents such as over warning and rushing forward,the running in brake should be carried out after the replacement of new brake pads.
