摘　　要：介绍了国家能源集团重载铁路货车状态修模式下检修规程研究思路及方法、修程设置总体架构、编制原则、重点研究的关键技术、规程编制总体情况、规程的技术特点以及在车辆实际检修中应用情况等内容。This paper introduces the research ideas,methods,the overall framework of the maintenance schedule,the compilation principles,the key technologies for research,the overall situation of the preparation of the regulations,the technical characteristics of the regulations and the application in the actual maintenance of vehicles for railway freight cars of China Energy under the state-overhaul mode.
