摘 要:介绍了一款通过液压马达对风扇转速进行无级调速的智能控制液压风扇马达散热系统,可根据散热器散热介质温度的变化,通过控制器调整风扇以不同转速运行进行工作,即保证散热器良好的散热性能,又满足整机既节能又降噪的需求。因该液压风扇马达温度控制散热系统其正确性的原理、方案的可行性与技术的先进性等优势,这一智能液压风扇马达散热系统在各种工程机械中越来越被普遍的采用。This paper introduces an intelligent control hydraulic motor fan cooling system,which can facilitate the stepless speed regulation of the fan speed through the hydraulic motor.On the premise of satisfying the heat dissipation of each radiator,the fan speed can operate at different speeds with the temperature change of the cooling medium of each radiator during the working process,which can save energy and reduce noise.This paper briefly describes the correctness,feasibility and progressiveness of the principle of the hydraulic drive system for the temperature control of the hydraulic motor fan.Because of its obvious advantages,this intelligent hydraulic fan motor cooling system is more and more widely used in various construction machinery.
