摘　　要：合肥大学城在体育教师资源共享中存在队伍配置不足、共享机制不健全以及体育教师参与共享的意愿不高等问题。通过完善共享管理制度、共享网络平台和共享保障机制等方式创新共享方式,可使体育教师资源共享得到良性发展,并为相关部门的决策提供参考。There are such problems in the resource sharing of physical education teachers in Hefei University Town as the insufficient team allocation,the imperfect sharing mechanism and the low willingness of physical education teachers to participate in the sharing.The paper suggests that the sharing mode be innovated by improving the management system,the online sharing platform and the security mechanism of sharing,realizing the healthy development of the resource sharing of physical education teachers and providing a reference for the relevant decision-making.
