摘 要:以低温煤焦油(LCT)为原料,通过糠醛萃取得到不同分子结构和组分分布的萃取油;通过液相炭化工艺,考察了不同炭化温度和炭化时间制备的中间相沥青的碳质结构演化规律。结果表明:萃取温度和剂/油比的提高增加了萃取油中的芳烃含量和烷基侧链长度,并对三环芳烃和四环芳烃起到了一定程度的富集作用。烷基侧链长度的增加在热缩聚过程中提供了更多的烷基自由基和活性位点,三环芳烃和四环芳烃相对含量的提高更有利于各向异性广域型中间相结构的形成。Using low-temperature coal tar(LCT)as raw materials,the extracted oils with different molecular structures and compositions were obtained by furfural extraction;meanwhile,the evolution law of carbonaceous structure of mesophase pitch prepared at different carbonization temperatures and carbonization time was investigated by the liquid phase carbonization process.The results show that the enhancement of extraction temperature and solvent/oil ratio has increased the aromatic content and alkyl side chain length of the extracted oil,and enriched the tricyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and tetracyclic aromatic hydrocarbons to certain degree.The increase of the alkyl side chain length can provide more alkyl radicals and active sites in the process of thermal polycondensation,and the increase of the relative content of tricyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and tetracyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is more conducive to the formation of mesophase structure of each anisotropic wide domain.
