摘 要:以直接插层法制备的高岭土/醋酸钠插层复合材料(KNM)为原料,采用原位晶化技术成功合成出NaY分子筛,研究了KNM的插层率及KNM添加量对NaY分子筛相对结晶度的影响及其在对重金属Cr^(3+)离子吸附方面的应用。通过粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、N_(2)静态吸附法和电子扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对样品进行表征。结果表明:添加KNM能够合成出纯的NaY分子筛(N-NaY);当KNM添加质量分数低于10%时,与未添加KNM合成的NaY分子筛(R-NaY)相比,其相对结晶度均有所提高;随着KNM添加量的增加,N-NaY的相对结晶度先增加后降低;当加入质量分数1%的插层率90%的KNM时,N-NaY的相对结晶度达到最大值47%;相比于R-NaY,其具有较好的孔结构,孔体积为0.35 cm^(3)/g,BET比表面积为486.86 m^(2)/g;在最佳吸附温度20℃、吸附时间30 min、NaY分子筛用量1.0 g时,N-NaY对Cr^(3+)离子的吸附率可以达到95%。Taking kaolinite/sodium acetate intercalation composite(KNM)prepared by the direct intercalation method as raw material,NaY molecular sieve was successfully synthesized by an in-situ crystallization technology.The effects of intercalation rate and addition amount of KNM on the relative crystallinity of NaY molecular sieve and its adsorption performance for Cr^(3+)(a heavy metal ion)were studied.The samples were characterized by means of XRD,FT-IR,N_(2)adsorption-desorption and SEM.The results show that pure NaY molecular sieve(N-NaY)can be synthesized from KNM;when the addition mass fraction of KNM is less than 10%,N-NaY has higher relative crystallinity compared with the NaY molecular sieve(R-NaY)synthesized without the addition of KNM;with the increase of the addition amount of KNM,the relative crystallinity of N-NaY increases first and then decreases;when 1%(mass fraction)of KNM with an intercalation rate of 90%is added,the relative crystallinity of N-NaY can reach a maximum of 47%;compared with R-NaY,N-NaY has better pore structure with a pore volume of 0.35 cm^(3)/g and BET specific surface area of 486.86 m^(2)/g;when the optimum temperature,time and dosage of NaY molecular sieve are 20℃,30 min and 1.0 g,respectively,the Cr^(3+)adsorption rate of N-NaY can reach 95%.
