摘  要:目的:通过测定艾叶挥发油的不同工艺参数对挥发油提取率的影响,考察不同工艺参数对挥发油成分含量的影响。方法:通过测定不同冷凝温度、收集温度、加热温度、药液比、粉碎程度下的提取率进行单因素考察,并采用GC-MS测定其成分,采用相关性分析软件分析不同工艺参数对挥发油成分含量的影响。结果:艾叶挥发油最佳提取工艺为冷凝温度20℃、收集温度10℃、加热温度280℃、药液比1∶15、粉碎进行提取。艾叶提取工艺参数中冷凝温度与挥发油主要成分中的蒿醇、樟脑、石竹烯呈显著相关性,药材粒度与挥发油主要成分中龙脑呈显著相关性。提取率与挥发油主要成分中蒿醇呈显著正相关。随着药材粒度的增加,挥发油主要成分中龙脑含量逐渐增加。随着挥发油提取率的提高,挥发油中主要成分中蒿醇含量随之增加。结论:不同工艺参数条件对挥发油提取率的影响较大,可以为工艺提取提供依据,工艺参数对挥发油成分具有一定的影响。The effect of different process parameters on the content of volatile oil components was investigated by determining the effect of different process parameters on the extraction rate of volatile oil from mugwort leaves.The extraction rate was investigated by determining the extraction rate under different condensation temperature,collection temperature,heating temperature,drug-liquid ratio and crushing degree as a single factor,and the composition was determined by GC-MS.The effect of different process parameters on the content of volatile oil components was analyzed by correlation analysis software.The best extraction process for the volatile oil of mugwort leaves was to extract at the condensation temperature of 20℃,collection temperature of 10℃,heating temperature of 280℃,medicine-liquid ratio of 1∶15,and crushing.Among the extraction parameters of mugwort leaves,condensation temperature was significantly correlated with artemisinol,camphor and caryophyllene in the main components of volatile oil,and the particle size of herbs was significantly correlated with borneol in the main components of volatile oil.The extraction rate showed a significant positive correlation with artemisinol in the main components of volatile oil.As the particle size of the herbs increased,the content of borneol in the main components of volatile oil gradually increased.As the extraction rate of volatile oil increased,the content of artemisinol in the main components of volatile oil increased.Different process parameter conditions have a large effect on the extraction rate of volatile oil,which can provide a basis for process extraction,and the process parameters have a certain influence on the composition of volatile oil.
