摘  要:很多产业的发展与生产期间需要使用较多的特种设备,在使用这些设备的过程中,若是操作措施不当或者管理维护方案有误,将导致特种设备出现质量和安全问题。圆柱形压力容器和大型球形压力容器设备是最具代表性的特种设备,为保证这些特种设备不会出现任何安全隐患,要求组织专业技术人员对其展开检测。文章以DSP主控芯片作为硬件支持,设计锅炉焊缝自动清理机器人控制方法,以达到提高锅炉焊缝清理能力的目的。During the development and production of many industries,more special equipment needs to be used.In the process of using these equipments,if the operation measures are improper or the management and maintenance plan is incorrect,the quality and safety problems of special equipment will occur.Cylindrical pressure vessels and large spherical pressure vessels are the most representative special equipments.In order to ensure that the special equipments will not have any potential safety hazards,it is required to organize professional technicians to detect them.In the research and analysis of this paper,the control method of automatic cleaning robot for boiler welding seam is designed with the DSP main control chip as the hardware support to improve the ability of boiler welding seam cleaning.
