摘 要:目前使用的电缆芯核对方式操作步骤繁杂、费时长、检测效果较低,作业中所用的测试电压远高于人体安全电压等级要求,风险系数极高,且测试时要求在两地操作,检测结果易受工作人员的交流情况、嘈杂施工现场环境等因素影响。本文剖析了常规线缆连接器芯核对方式所存在的主要弊端,发明了一种基于Lora扩频技术的多芯二次线缆对线设备,从而实现一次连线即可进行光缆芯线判断,这种自动判断的技术不仅大大提高了效率,也增强了检测的准确度。Due to the complicated operation steps,time-consuming and low detection effect of the cable core strip verification method currently used,and the test voltage used in the operation is far higher than the human safety voltage level requirements,the risk factor is extremely high,and the test is required to be conducted in two places,so the detection results are vulnerable to the communication of workers,noisy construction site environment and other factors.This paper analyzes the main disadvantages of the conventional cable connector core check method,and invents a multi-core secondary cable alignment device based on Lora spread spectrum technology,so that the cable core can be judged by the primary connection.The technology of automatic judgment not only greatly improves the efficiency,but also enhances the accuracy of detection.
