摘  要:为探究电动机启动电流与速断保护定值配合情况的实际应用,以某工业企业电动机启动过程中频繁出现故障的实际情况为例,结合资料对引发情况的原因进行分析,并根据分析结果,采用电动机速断保护定值方式,对其参数进行优化,以实现电动机启动电流与速断保护定值的配合,结果显示,本次研究的技术模式基本取得了预期效果,有望在后续的实际工作中逐步推广应用。In order to explore the practical application of the coordination between the motor starting current and the setting value of quick break protection,taking the actual situation of frequent failures in the motor starting process of an industrial enterprise as an example,combined with data,the causes of this situation were analyzed,and according to the analysis results,the motor quick break protection setting method was adopted to optimize its parameters,so as to achieve the coordination between the motor starting current and the setting value of quick break protection,The results show that the technical model of this study has basically achieved the expected results and is expected to be gradually popularized and applied in the subsequent practical work.
