摘  要:高压变频器在火力发电厂节能技术方面的广泛应用,对高压变频器的稳定性及节能效果提出了更高要求。由于高压变频器所带的负载在整个生产过程中都是非常重要的设备,如本厂的增压风机、引风机、一次风机以及凝结水泵,在运行中都不允许出现停机,若因变频器故障发生停机事故,将给机组带来较大的安全风险。本厂的增压风机变频器在运行中可实现工变频之间的双向在线切换,对于脱硫塔的安全生产具有重要意义。The wide application of high voltage inverter in energy saving technology of thennal power plant requires higher stability and energy saving effect of high voltage inverter.Because the load of the high voltage inverter is very important equipment in the whole production process,such as the turbocharged fan,induced draft fan,primary fan and condensate pump of the factory,shutdown is not allowed in operation.If the shutdown accident occurs due to the failure of the inverter,it will bring greater safety risk to the unit.The turbocharged fan inverter of our factory can realize the two-way online switching between the working frequency and frequency conversion in operation,which is of great significance to the safe production of desulphurization tower.
