摘  要:煤炭破碎缩分联合制样设备作为火电厂的主力人工制样设备,在全自动制样机故障时起到了至关重要的作用。性能试验主要依据DI7T1339-2014(火电厂煤炭破碎缩分联合制样设备性能试验规程)和GB/T474-2008(煤样的制备方法)开展,主要包括精密度试验和偏倚试验。精密度试验作为重要的性能指标之一,以方差表示。DL/T1339-2014描述了联合制样设备精密度试验的试验规程,但因其入料粒度及双份试样获取方法的差异,此标准中精密度试验结果的可靠性问题值得探讨。新方法采用二分器将煤样分成两份,分别制备获得精密度试验所需的双份试样,提高联合制样机精密度试验结果的可靠性和代表性。As the main artificial sample preparation equipment in the thennal power plant,crushing-dividing combined sample preparation equipment plays a vital role when the automatic sample preparation machine breaks down.The perfbnnance test is mainly carried out according to DL/T 1339-2014“Performance test code on crushing-dividing combined sample preparation equipment at coal-fired power plants” and GB/T 474-2008“ Method for preparation of coal sample”,mainly including precision test and bias test.Precision test,as one of the important performance indicators is expressed by variance.DL/T1339-2014 describes the test procedure for precision test of combined sample preparation equipment,but due to the difference of feeding particle size and the method of obtaining duplicate samples,the reliability of precision test results in this standard is worth discussing.In the new method,the coal sample is divided into two parts by a divider,and the two samples required for the precision test are prepared respectively,so as to improve the reliability and representativeness of the precision test results of the combined prototype.
