摘　　要：为顺应智能制造中测试平台的发展趋势,根据控制柜测试特点和需求,开发了一种基于LabView测试软件的快速在线控制柜测试平台。利用其中的无线测试工装直接对接待测控制柜内部接线端子,并通过蓝牙与主控计算机无线通讯完成自动测试,极大地提高了控制柜生产中测试环节的测试速度、数字化水平、信息化水平。In order to conform to the development tr end of test platform in intelligent manufacturing,according to the characteristics and needs of control cabinet test,we developed a high-efficiency,online test platform for control cabinet based on LabView.Use a wireless testing device to connect the terminal of control cabinet,which communicated with the computer by Bluetooth.Then the test was completed automatically.It has increased test speed,and improved the level of digitization and imformation.
