摘 要:为改进、降低卧螺离心机脱水泥饼含水率、提高尾水水质,首先,通过比较处理后泥浆的物理、化学性质,选择最佳絮凝剂;随后调整最优絮凝剂组合的添加量,采用卧螺离心机进行脱水并比较脱水效果,确定最佳投加量;最后,调整工艺参数,提出了一种卧螺离心机河湖底泥减量化脱水新工艺。研究结果表明:在按照最佳组合添加的絮凝剂及选择合适卧螺离心机运行参数的情况下,脱水后的底泥含水率能降至50%以下,且尾水可直接排放,有效降低了生产成本。In order to reduce the moisture content of mud cake and to improve the quality of tail water from horizontal screw centrifuge,the best flocculant was selected by comparing the physical and chemical properties of the treated mud firstly;The dosage of the optimal flocculant combination was adjusted,and the horizontal screw centrifuge was used for dehydration.By comparing the dehydration effect of the horizontal screw centrifuge,the optimal dosage was determined;By adjusting the process parameters,a new process of water reduction and dewatering of river and lake bottom mud by horizontal screw centrifuge was developed.The results showed that with optimized dosage of flocculant,the water content of the dewatered sediment can be reduced to less than 50%,and the tailwater can be discharged directly,which effectively reducing the production cost.
