摘　　要：国际联运旅客列车是指在铁路合作组织框架下,中国与周边国家组织开行的国际列车。目前,国际联运旅客列车客票业务缺乏统一的管理系统,有手工填写票据售票和单机系统售票2种方式,管理方式相对落后,为进一步提升国际联运旅客列车业务管理的信息化程度,对国际列车联运业务需求、跨境业务组织管理方式、联运系统体系结构、各联运国标准等方面进行深入研究,提出构建国际旅客列车客票系统的设计方案,该方案以中国铁路12306系统架构为基础,集成国际票务服务功能域,支撑我国与铁路合作组织部分成员国家之间跨境运输业务,适应国际列车跨境车票售检交易需求和系统安全需求,为提升国际列车客票系统的数字信息服务能力提供技术支撑,助力“一带一路”倡议实施。Passenger trains in international intermodal transport are international trains organized and operated by China and its neighboring countries under the framework of the Organization for Cooperation of Railways(OSJD). At present, the ticketing business of passenger trains in international intermodal transport lacks a unified management system. Tickets are sold either by manually filling in tickets or by stand-alone systems, and the management method is relatively backward. To further promote the application of information technology to the business management of the passenger trains in international intermodal transport, this paper probed deep into the intermodal transport business requirements on international trains, cross-border business organization and management methods, the structure of intermodal transport systems, the standards of various intermodal transport countries, and other aspects. It further proposed a design scheme for constructing a ticketing system for international passenger trains. On the basis of the architecture of the existing 12306 China Railway ticketing system, this scheme also integrated the functional domains of international ticketing service to support the cross-border transport business between China and some member countries of the OSJD, adapt to the needs of cross-border ticket selling and checking transactions and the system security needs of international trains, provide technical support for improving the digital information service capability of the ticketing system for international trains, and ultimately assist in the implementation of the “Belt and Road” Initiative.
