摘 要:集装箱运输方便、快捷、装卸效率高并且应用广泛,铁路货车使用集装箱运输时超载、偏载现象时有发生,需要加强对集装箱超载、偏重及一辆平车装载2只集装箱时整车超偏载的检测。建立了集装箱作业中集装箱超重、偏载检测计算模型和2只集装箱装一辆平车的超偏载检测计算模型。根据铁路集装箱堆场正面吊装卸集装箱作业流程,以正面吊对集装箱作业实时称重、偏载检测系统为基础,结合箱号自动识别、堆场电子地图定位和集装箱定位导航技术,建立了铁路集装箱堆场装卸作业信息系统,可杜绝正面吊起吊集装箱时F-TR锁勾连造成平车掉道事故,避免集装箱空重混装及整车超重,提高集装箱堆场正面吊作业效率和信息化管理水平,有效提高了集装箱存储、运输效率。Container transport is convenient and fast. It has high handling efficiency and thus has been widely used.However, it often leads to the overload and unbalanced load of railway wagons. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the overload and unbalanced load detection for the container and the wagon loaded with two containers. This paper established the calculation models of overload and unbalanced load detection for the container and the wagon loaded with two containers during container operation. According to the container handling operation process of reach stacker in a railway container yard, a handling operation information system for railway container yards was established based on the real-time weighing and unbalanced load detection system, with automatic container number identification, electronic map positioning of container yards, and container positioning and navigation technology utilized. The system can prevent the wagon from falling off the railroad due to the hook of the F-TR lock when the reach stacker lifts the container and avoid the whole wagon’s overload and the mixed loading of empty and heavy containers. As a result, the system improves the handling efficiency and information management of reach stackers in container yards, as well as the container’s storage and transportation efficiency.
