摘  要:高速铁路行车安全技防系统是行车安全的技术保障,行车安全技防系统在体系化融合、系统间关联以及标准规范管理等方面亟需顶层战略架构方法深化研究以提升和优化体系级技防能力。针对高速铁路行车安全技防系统体系化建设存在的问题,基于统一体系结构框架,选取适于高速铁路行车安全技防体系描述的应用产品模型,运用体系架构构建的方法,对高速铁路行车安全技防体系进行全景视图、能力视图、活动视图以及系统视图等视点模型的直观描述。建立以体系整体性能为特性的评价指标,在体系布局合理性、运行有效性以及结构安全性3个方面运用层次分析评价法通过定性评判和量化权重的方式评估技防体系战略架构设计方案的优劣,为优化技防体系建设提供理论支撑。The technical defense system for high-speed railway traffic safety is the technical guarantee of traffic safety. It requires in-depth research on the top-level strategic framework method in the aspects of systematic integration, intersystem association, and standard and specification management to improve and optimize the system-level technical defense capability. In view of the problems existing in the systematic construction of such a technical defense system, this paper, on the basis of the unified architecture framework, selected the application product model suitable for the description of the system and used the method of architecture construction to visually describe the system with panoramic view, capability view, operational view, system view, and other view models. This paper established evaluation indexes characterized by the overall performance of the system and employed the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the strategic architecture design of the system through qualitative evaluation and quantitative weight in terms of the system layout rationality, operational effectiveness, and structural safety. The research result provides theoretical support for the optimized construction of the technical defense system.
