摘　　要：江潮澎湃,逐绿而行。海宁,地处钱塘江北岸,是一座有着悠久历史的江南小城,下辖8个镇、4个街道、3个省级经济开发区,面积约863平方千米(含钱塘江水域),户籍人口约71.41万人。Haining sets constructing the ecological and livable environment as the central goal,implements the philosophy of"Ilucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets"and draws a wonderful vision of common prosperity through green development so as to make contribution to the construction of common prosperity demonstration area with high quality.
