摘 要:针对平底式液压驱动齿啮式滤盘无系统性计算的问题,设计了一种搅拌罐式过滤机的液压驱动齿啮式滤盘,详细介绍了啮齿、锁紧环、液压缸等关键部件的选型、设计、计算、校核过程。并以2万t锂电三元正极材料项目为例,对其进行了实际应用验证,结果表明该滤盘能够快速实现滤盘清理和再生,其过滤精度高,可达0.5μm,能够截留较小粒径三元材料,获得较高收率。For the problem of no systematic calculation for the hydraulically driven tooth-locked filter plates,a kind of hydraulically driven tooth-locked filter plate of agitated filter was designed,and the type selection,design,calculation and check process of key components such as tooth,locking ring,hydraulic cylinder were introduced in detail.Then it was verified by practical application by taking a 20000-ton lithium electric ternary material project of agitated filter as an example.The results show that the filter plate could be cleaned and regenerated quickly,it has a high filtering precision,which can reach 0.5μm,and can retain the smaller ternary materials to obtain higher yield.
