摘  要:光皮树是重要的木本油料树种,为了探究光皮树的遗传背景,本研究利用高通量测序技术对光皮树基因组进行了测序,并利用MISA软件开展SSR位点信息搜索和分析,共检索到重复单元长度为2~6个核苷酸的SSR位点200 558个,SSR的发生频率为15.27%,平均分布距离为1/4.47 kb。二核苷酸重复类型SSR数量最多,所占比例为67.74%,SSR中优势重复基元富含A/T核苷酸。4次重复的SSR数量最多,占总数的21.40%,重复次数在4~10次的SSR数量占总数的82.49%。SSR基序长度在12~90 bp之间,其中12 bp的SSR数量最多,占总数的32.46%,基序长度在12~20 bp的SSR数量占总数的70.58%。研究结果表明,光皮树基因组SSR数量及类型较丰富,为光皮树SSR分子标记的开发、种质资源遗传评价、分子标记辅助育种等提供基础。Swida wilsoniana is an important woody oil-bearing tree species. In order to explore the genetic background of Swida wilsoniana, this study used high-throughput sequencing technology to sequence Swida wilsoniana genome, and used MISA software to search and analyze SSR locus information. A total of 200 558 SSR loci with a repeating unit length of 2~6 nucleotides were retrieved, the frequency of SSR occurrence was 15.27%, and the average distribution distance was 1/4.47 kb. Dinucleotide repeat type SSR has the largest number, accounting for67.74%. The dominant repeat motif in SSR is rich in A/T nucleotides. The number of SSRs with 4 repetitions was the largest, accounting for 21.40% of the total, and the number of SSRs with 4~10 repetitions accounted for82.49% of the total. The length of SSR motifs is between 12 and 90 bp, of which the number of SSRs of 12 bp is the largest, accounting for 32.46% of the total, and the number of SSRs with motif length of 12~20 bp accounts for70.58% of the total. The results of the study indicate that the number and types of SSR in the genome of Swida wilsoniana are abundant, which provide a basis for the development of SSR molecular markers, genetic evaluation of germplasm resources, and molecular marker-assisted breeding in Swida wilsoniana.
