摘  要:玉米生育早期实施抗寒的措施对保障玉米安全生产具有重要意义。本研究在萌发期和苗期分别以800和400μmol/L的外源脯氨酸(Pro)处理6份耐寒性不同的玉米自交系,分析外源Pro对10℃胁迫下种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明,10℃胁迫能明显抑制玉米种子萌发,表现为发芽势、发芽率、胚芽长、胚根长、胚芽鲜重、胚根鲜重均显著降低;幼苗叶片的相对电导率、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性均显著升高。10℃处理下,萌发期和苗期分别施加800和400μmol/L的外源Pro后能明显促进玉米种子萌发,并减轻低温对幼苗生理伤害,除相对电导率和丙二醛含量分别降低42.36%和30.48%外,其余11个性状均分别升高12.57%~256.37%。进一步通过综合评价表明,10℃条件下,萌发期和苗期利用800和400μmol/L浓度的外源Pro对玉米的低温缓解效果分别为0.548和0.497。这些结果为外源Pro在玉米生育早期抵御低温胁迫的生产应用提供参考。Developing effective measures to resist chilling injury that is of great significance for maize(Zea mays)production safely in early growth stages. The 800 and 400 μmol/L exogenous proline(Pro) were applied to six different maize inbred lines at germination and seedling stages, respectively, to explore the effects of the corresponding exogenous Pro on seed germination and seedling physiological traits under 10 ℃ low-temperature stress. It showed that 10 ℃ stress significantly inhibited seed germination and significantly increased seedling injury, their germination potential(GP), germination rate(GR), plumula length(PL), radical length(RL), shoot fresh weight(SFW), and root fresh weight(RFW) were significantly decreased, and relative conductivity(RC), malondiadehyde content(MDA), proline content(Pro), soluble sugar content(SS), SOD activity(SOD), POD activity(POD), and CAT activity were significantly increased. The 800 and 400 μmol/L exogenous Pro increased seed germination and decreased seedling physiological injury, respectively, excluding RC and MDA were significantly decreased42.36% and 30.48%, other 11 traits were significantly increased 12.57%~256.37%. Moreover, further comprehensive evaluation showed that the cold mitigation effect of 800 and 400 μmol/L exogenous Pro at maize germination stage and seedling stage were 0.548 and 0.497 under 10 ℃ treatment, respectively. These results may provide references for maize applications of exogenous Pro to resist low-temperature stress under low temperature stress in early growth stages.
