植物病原真菌铁离子信号功能机制研究进展

摘  要:铁离子作为微生物正常生长不可或缺的营养元素之一,在细胞的基础代谢以及调控植物病原真菌侵染结构形态等方面发挥了重要的作用,植物病原真菌也依赖铁离子来维持致病力。本研究综述了真菌的还原铁同化系统、真菌的铁载体调控机制、真菌对亚铁红素的吸收和真菌胞内铁平衡调控机制,以及铁离子对植物病原真菌致病力的影响,铁离子参与植物和病原微生物的互作,病原真菌胞内铁离子调控的关键环节出现问题会显著影响病原菌的毒性。此外,本研究展望了铁离子信号通路后续有待研究的问题。As one of the indispensable nutrient elements for the growth of microorganisms, iron ions play an important role in the basic metabolism of cells and the regulation of the structure and morphology of phytopathogenic fungi during infection. Phytopathogenic fungi also rely on iron ions to maintain their pathogenicity. Here, we reviewed fungal reduced iron assimilation system, fungal siderophore regulation mechanism, fungal absorption of ferrous red pigment and fungal intracellular iron balance regulation mechanism, as well as the influence of iron ions on the pathogenicity of phytopathogenic fungi. Iron ions participate in the interaction of plants and pathogenic microorganisms, and the occurrence of problems in the key position of the intracellular iron ion regulation of pathogenic fungi will significantly affect the toxicity of the pathogens. We also prospected the research interests of iron ion signaling pathway.
