一例亚洲黑熊真菌性皮肤病的诊治体会

摘　　要：真菌性皮肤病是圈养野生动物发病率较高的皮肤病,临床上以剧烈瘙痒、脱毛、大量皮癣和结痂为特征。西宁野生动物园1只雄性亚洲黑熊发病,经临床症状、皮肤刮片镜检和伍德氏灯检查诊断为真菌性皮肤病。笔者对临床症状、发病经过、实验室检查和治疗几个方面进行介绍,供参考。Fungal dermatosis is a skin disease with a high incidence in captive wild animals,clinically characterized by severe itching,hair loss,a large number of ringworms and scab.The patient was a male Asiatic black bear in Xining Wildlife Zoo.The patient was diagnosed as fungal dermatosis by clinical symptoms,skin curettage examination and Wood&aposs;lamp examination.The clinical symptoms,pathogenesis,laboratory examination and treatment of the case were described in this paper,so as to provide effective reference for clinical practice.
