摘  要:笔者考察了一种含菊粉的复合型酸化剂对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响,通过与饲喂抗生素的比较,探讨其替代抗生素的可能性。粪样菌群分析表明,该酸化剂能有效促进乳酸菌繁殖,同时抑制大肠杆菌,从而达到促进仔猪生长、提高生产性能的目的。研究表明:试验组添加0.2%该酸化剂促生长效果最佳,较抗生素组提高6%,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验全过程无腹泻现象发生。试验组粪样中乳酸菌数较抗生素组有很大提高,差异显著(P<0.05);大肠杆菌数大幅度降低,差异极显著(P<0.01)。以上结果说明,添加复合型酸化剂可代替抗生素,促进仔猪生长,能够增加肠道有益菌数量,防止腹泻发生。In this trial,the effect of an inulin-containing compound acidifier on the production performance of weaned piglets was investigated,and the possibility of alternative antibiotics was explored by comparing it with feeding antibiotics.The analysis of fecal flora showed that this acidifier can effectively promote the reproduction of lactic acid bacteria and inhibit E.coli,thereby achieving the purpose of promoting piglet growth and increasing production performance.The results showed that 0.2% of the experimental group had the best effect of adding this acidifier to promote growth,which was 6% higher than that of the antibiotic group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).There was no diarrhea throughout the trial.The number of lactic acid bacteria in the experimental group was greatly improved compared with that in the antibiotic group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05) and the number of E.coli was greatly reduced,and the difference was very significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The addition of compound acidifier can replace antibiotics,promote piglet growth,increase the number of beneficial bacteria in the intestine,and prevent diarrhea.
