摘 要:干热岩酸化压裂改造过程中,酸液质量影响最终的改造效果。常用的酸液体系存在高温稳定性差,酸岩反应速率快等问题。通过室内研究,研选出合适的复合缓蚀剂,酸用减阻剂,铁离子稳定剂等,开发出一套适合干热岩酸压的HIMA高温胶凝酸体系。室内评价结果和现场应用表明:该体系可满足干热岩储层对胶凝酸的要求,有助于降低施工压力,方便现场施工,具有较好的发展前景。In the process of acid fracturing stimulation of hot dry rocks,the quality of acid fluid affects the final stimulation results.The commonly-used acid system has some problems,such as poor stability at high temperature and fast reaction rate of acid rocks.Through laboratory research,relevant compound corrosion inhibitors,acid friction reducers,iron ion stabilizer and others,were prepared and selected to develop the HIMA high-temperature gelled acid system applicable for acid fracturing of hot dry rocks.The results from lab evaluation and field application show that the system can meet the requirements for gelled acid in hot dry rock reservoirs,facilitating reduction of operation pressure and presenting a better development prospect.
