摘 要:油气井在长期生产过程中,因地质构造改变、固井不合格或者注水注气等生产措施不当等原因,导致套管在井内某一处破损且错断,上下套管轴线不在一条直线上,无法正常下入完井、封堵、处理等施工管柱,严重的导致整口井的减产,甚至报废。为恢复井筒通道,保障油气井正常生产,根据套管错断情况的严重程度,对错断套管修复的技术难点进行合理研究分析,选择合适的修复工具和工艺技术,解决常规错断套管修复方法的弊端,提高套管错断井的修套作业成功率。In the long-term production in oil and gas wells,due to the change of geological structure,unqualified cementing or improper production strategies such as water injection and gas injection,the casing is damaged and leapt at a given point in the well.The axis of the upper and lower casing is not in a straight line,and the operation strings for well completion,plugging and treatment cannot be normally run,which seriously fuels the production reduction and even abandonment of the whole well.In order to restore the wellbore channel and ensure the normal production of oil and gas wells,the proper analysis was carried out according to the severity of the casing leap and technical difficulties in the treatment.Appropriate treatment tools and technology were selected to address the drawbacks of conventional casing leap treatment methods and improve the success rate of casing treatment.
