摘　　要：新形势下党建工作要适应时代的要求,不断加强思想教育、保障党员主体地位、创新工作方式,将党员的先锋模范作用发挥出来,充分激发党组织的生机活力,筑牢基层战斗堡垒。Under the new situation,the Party building should adapt to the requirements for the new era.We should constantly strengthen ideological education,ensure the main position of the Party members,innovate the way of work,give full play to the exemplary role of the vanguard of the Party members,fully stimulate the vitality of the Party organization,and play a crucial role in the primary level.
