摘　　要：目的:探讨智能输液管理对患者及其家属的影响。方法:将2021年3月-2021年6月就诊于安徽某三级甲等医院呼吸与危重症医学科有智能输液监护系统的二病区患者/家属为研究组,无智能输液监护系统的一病区同期患者为对照组。对照组患者输液期间按照传统方式进行输液管理,研究组患者输液全程依托输液监护系统进行智能输液管理,比较两组患者满意度、患者自我感受负担及照护者负担。结果:研究组患者满意度得分高于对照组,而患者自我感受负担量表和照护者负担量表得分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:智能输液管理可提高住院患者满意度,减轻患者自我感受负担和照护者负担,有较高的临床实践价值。Objective:The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of intelligent infusion management on patients and caregivers.Methods:From March 2021 to June 2021,patients and caregivers in ward 2 with the intelligent ward system were selected as the study group,while ward 1 without the intelligent ward system as the control group.They all came from the department of respiratory and critical care medicine of in grade-A tertiary hospital in Anhui province.Patients in the study group received intelligent infusion management relying on the infusion monitoring system throughout the infusion process,while patients in the control group received infusion management in the traditional way during the infusion,and then they were compared between the two groups in patients’satisfaction,patients’self-perceived burden and caregivers’burden.Results:The scores of patients’satisfaction in the study group was higher than those in the control group,while the scores of patients’selfperceived burden and caregivers’burden were lower than the latter(P<0.01).Conclusions:Intelligent infusion management can improve the satisfaction of inpatients,ease the patients’self-perceived burden and caregivers’burden,and has high clinical practice value.
