摘　　要：目的:探讨血必净静滴+穴位注射对急性肺挫伤患者炎细胞因子及继发急性肺损伤发生的影响。方法:选取医院收治的100例外伤致急性肺挫伤患者随机分为对照组(50例,常规西医治疗)和治疗组(50例,常规西医+血必净),对比分析两组效果。结果:两组患者治疗后各时间点TNF-a、hs-CRP水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),治疗组患者治疗后3 d的IL-6、IL-8水平有所上升,但两组患者治疗后5 d、10 d的IL-6、IL-8水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);且治疗后各时间点治疗组患者炎性因子水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者继发急性肺损伤发生率、康复时间及住院时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血必净静滴+穴位注射用于急性肺挫伤患者可显著降低机体炎性反应水平,同时降低继发急性肺损伤发生,促进康复,值得临床借鉴推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of Xuebijing intravenous drip+acupoint injection on inflammatory cytokines and secondary acute lung injury in patients with acute lung contusion.Methods:100 patients with acute lung contusion caused by injury admitted to a hospital were randomly divided into the control group(50 cases,treated with conventional western medicine)and the treatment group(50 cases,treated with conventional western medicine+Xuebijing),The effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The levels of TNF-a and hs CRP at each time point after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the treatment group increased 3 days after treatment,However,the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups were significantly lower 5 and 10 days after treatment than those before treatment(P<0.05);The level of inflammatory factors in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group at each time point after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of secondary acute lung injury,rehabilitation time and hospitalization time in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuebijing intravenous drip+acupoint injection can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory reaction in patients with acute lung contusion,At the same time,it can reduce the occurrence of secondary acute lung injury,Promote rehabilitation,It is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
