摘  要:目的:比较生物功能性修复系统(Biofunctional Prosthetic System,BPS)与传统模式在全口义齿教学中的效果差异。方法:选择某医学院2018级口腔医学专业本科生为实验对象,一班31名学生为对照组,二班32名学生为实验组。对照组采用全口义齿传统内容教学;实验组在对照组基础上,每节课加入BPS部分理论内容,并在操作课中除了常规取模、制作暂基托和蜡堤等操作外,增加播放BPS临床修复病例微视频。教学结束后,对比两组学生理论测试成绩、操作成绩及教学满意度。结果:教学结束后,实验组学生理论测试成绩及操作成绩分别为[(90.20±1.29)分、(8.73±1.12)分],均高于对照组学生的[(82.80±3.45)分、(7.58±1.07)分](P<0.05)。在学生兴趣是否提高与对知识点的理解掌握程度方面,实验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在教学方法是否新颖、课堂气氛是否活跃方面的满意度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加入BPS系统理论的全口义齿教学,可以显著提高学生的全口义齿理论知识水平及操作能力。Objective:To compare the difference between the BPS system and traditional mode in the teaching of complete denture.Methods:The 2018 five-year undergraduates majoring in stomatology of Bengbu Medical College as the experimental subjects were selected,and class 1(n=31)as the control group.Class two(n=32)was the experimental group.The control group was taught the traditional contents of complete denture.In the experimental group,in addition to the traditional content,part of The BPS theoretical content was added to each class.In the operation class,in addition to the routine operations such as mold taking,temporary base making and wax dike making,a micro video of BPS clinical repair cases was added.After the completion of the full denture teaching,the two groups of students made a systematic evaluation of the teaching effect from the three aspects of students’theoretical test scores,students’operational scores and satisfaction with teaching activities,to evaluate the feasibility of BPS in the full denture teaching.Results:In the test paper of the basic knowledge of complete denture,the theoretical score of the experimental group was(90.20±1.29),and that of the control group was(82.80±3.45).The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The results of the experimental group and the control group were(8.73±1.12)and(7.58±1.07),respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The P values of satisfaction in the experimental group and the control group were 0.4797 and 0.1670,respectively,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).However,in terms of the improvement of students’interest and the degree of understanding and mastery of knowledge points,the P values were 0.0304 and 0.0022 respectively,with statistically significant differences between the two(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching of complete denture with the theory of BPS system can significantly improve students’level of complete theoretical knowledge and operation
